  Came in with two orders I needed to mail in fedEx boxes..was told they could not mail them which I understood because it had fedex all over the boxes..when i asked if I could cover all the labels and use the box both ladies said no..i asked why not because they accept Amazon, walmart, target whoever as long as labeling is covered..THEN one of the ladies then said I COULD now use the boxes if all labeling was covered/blacked out I said okay...then they proceeded to help other customers before even trying to see if I needed further help to get my packages out...instead when I asked if they had any markers or tape or paper I could use to cover the labels they again said no...your a post office but dont have tape or a marker ..okay..so then I proceeded to explain this is one of my main sources of income right now and the boxes needed to be mailed today as I couldnt afford to buy any other packaging and I got the boxes for free from FedEx and that I didnt understand why either of the two women running the front did not care to even TRY to help a customer solve their issue with mailing and said it seems very obvious yall just dont want to help me. They both then proceeded to chuckle and shout loudly "Noooo thats not it" with multiple customers in the building..but yet continued not to try and help..she stated "we dont have those items for sale" and I responded "I didnt ask for those items to buy i asked if you had any I could use" and she then proceeded to again say "we dont"...a post office with no tape, paper, or markers..weird...will never return to this post office. Not that they care or ill ever need to, dont even live in this state..truly ugly customer service. Congrats, you messed up my money flow for your own amusement 👏

  Seems they work slower and spend too much time talking to each other and whomever they have on the phone when they are the busiest.

  Horrible service and when I called about a delayed package sitting here for 10+ days all they said when they called was that it’s in the bin and they haven’t gotten to it. I payed for shipping

  Only from North Carolina does Priority Mail take 4 to 5 days to get to St Petersburg Florida. A package sent from a small village (population 3300) in Wisconsin only takes 2 days to get to St Petersburg Florida. But any packages that go through this Post Office seem to always take 4 to 5 days. The current package left Hendersonville on Monday and got stuck at this location until Wednesday night, then took until Friday afternoon to get to St Petersburg Florida. This Post Office loses more packages than I have ever lost from any other state. I have no idea why this Post Office is so screwed up. 1★ is over rated for this Post Office. According to the receipt the package should have arrived Thursday by 9pm, which would have been 4 days. But I just got an update from USPS tracking that changed my delivery date to Friday, July 3rd! Totally unacceptable that it took 2 days to get out of this Post Office. And then took 36hr to travel 500 miles! The same size package sent from The Boonies in Northern Wisconsin only takes 3 days. But when it's sent from North Carolina it travels half the distance and takes 5 days!
