- TSTanya SandersAug 3, 20261.0This location seems very confused by the concept of what the holdmail process is, mail delivered during the hold mail period and then not delivered on the end date. 🤯 The guys at the office don’t exactly make it a pleasant experience, they have been condescending when I’ve had to pick up my mail. 3rd time with a similar issue everybody needs training so it’s not so unnecessarily difficult.

- JSJoe Sr.Jul 10, 20261.0This post office is a disaster run poorly and very unprofessional. I put a hold on my mail for vacation and my mail never showed up. Then I went to the post office because they don’t answer the phone waited a half hour. The guy went in the back and then told me he didn’t know where my mail was. He told me I could talk to a supervisor, He made me stand there for 20 minutes then called me again and said he didn’t know where the supervisor was that I could leave a note for him. The guy never called me back. Why do they get paid? BAD MANAGEMENT and RUDE EMPLOYEES. And I am sure they really don’t care about reviews. So they lost my car title in the mail. And the best part we haven’t gotten any mail for 3 days now and I get the photos in my email daily. Bingham Station!
