  Just dropped off an assortment of packages (returns, new shipment, etc). Service was friendly, prompt and focused !!! Kudos to the team/owner.

  Chris at the Franklin NC UPS Store is very helpful, friendly and professional. I think he deserves a pay raise because lately I seen him doing a awesome job running that store solo! Even if you have a complex order Chris is cool and calm 😎 Thanks!!!!

  I waited like everyone else in line. This gentleman, Chris, started waiting on me and some woman walked up carrying a tiny dog. She spoke to Chris while he was trying to help me and he then proceeded to walk off and came around the counter, hugged this woman and then stepped outside to talk with her for at least 3 minutes. Because this was NOT how myself or others are normally treated, I aksed what was going on to the "replacement" employee that walked up to finish helping me, and he said that Chris had an emergency that he needed to go pick his kids up. I'm not denying him having an emergency, but it must not have been that big of an emergency with him standing outside talking with this woman. Plus, he did NOT receive any calls between the time that he asked to help me and me getting to the counter. Then, when one of the other employees said something to him about it when he walked in, he looked at me and told the other employee that "If I didn't like it, that I could go somewhere else." If that has become the attitude of the hirees here, something needs to be revamped.

  I lost my ring at Microtel in Franklin, they went above and beyond to take my passed Dad's ring ((I wear it daily, took it off for a shower)) to this UPS store. They immediately called me to set up shipping and the woman who called was so kind and sweet as she took my information to send me back my ring. 10/10 recommend. The staff makes it all worth it. Thank you!

  To make a long story short and over the span of 3 days, I’ve had a difficult time finding a store that could accurately and properly print baby shower invitations that I custom designed. Jared was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, answered my questions, and addressed all my concerns! Thanks again for your help!
