to the clerk with the gray streaks in his beard that was the only employee working 05/23: CLOCKING IN IS OPTIONAL. I walked up to this guy, and greeted him, he responds with “I’m not ready.” & literally shooed me away from the counter. i thought i was getting punk’d. he’s very impolite & has an unpleasant demeanor, god bless him. i’d try mopping the ocean before I think to do business here again.

Passport appointment booking was easy, but rescheduling was extremely difficult. For some reason, canceled appointments are not being made available for others to book. The canceled appointments appear when trying to reschedule, but they cannot be selected. They also do not appear when creating a new appointment. I canceled our appointment, and it still has not become available for others to book. USPS Customer Service was unable to help and could only provide a phone number that does not work. The counter clerks said it is a system glitch and that they can only schedule appointments that appear in the new appointment system. Additionally, canceled walk-in times are only posted inside the post office near the passport office, so people waiting outside before opening cannot see them. A postal worker delivering PO Box packages before 8:30 a.m. briefly informed the line of waiting customers that the passport office was not accepting walk-ins — only two minutes before the post office opened. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I can understand why this post office has such low reviews.

If I could give the delivery on Fort Bragg a zero I would, consistently delivers to the wrong address.

Scheduled a passport appointment for a name change weeks in advance for the woman to turn me around in 30 seconds claiming she doesn’t do that at this location. Doesn’t look over any of my documents but quickly tells me it’s all on the forms and I do it myself. Don’t waste your time!
