- BSBrent SmartJan 28, 20261.0This post office is a joke . They never deliver mail that there own informed app says is supposed to be delivered or like now after the storm . I get 1 day but 3 days after the roads are clear and still nothing this post master general at this location is just lazy.
- AAAustinDec 28, 20211.0Have had nothing but issues out of the local post office. packages delivered to the wrong apartment numbers, had packages stolen for a bit around Black Friday so mail was halted. After a few weeks we filled out the paperwork to get the mail sent to our address again instead of the post office but it was still being held. Then today the mail carrier not only delivers the package to the wrong apartment number but the complete wrong set of apartments on a Completely different road. They go back to get the package and the person that lives there already took it inside and wouldn’t come to the door. Yet they told me it’s on me to get it replaced by Amazon. Sounds like you need to get some competent mail carriers that can read addresses and numbers
- KCKelly ClarkJul 31, 20195.0I have lived in many places over 50+ years. The Forest City office is by far the most friendly, quickest service I have ever experienced. Very rarely do I wait more than 5 minutes for my turn. Routinely in other locations the wait is 10+ minutes while workers move like sloths. The FC employees are fast, efficient and readily call for back up as needed. KUDOS 28043 TEAM!!!!
