- CMChris McLain3 days ago1.0I had a large shipment with multiple boxes to be delivered. I already printed labels and had them on boxes ready to go. The manager told me to come to the front desk to check in and he would allow me drive my truck to the back so we could unload easier. Upon arrival that same manager asked me why I came in and told me that I should arrange a pickup instead. Terrible customer service from the manager.
- STShane Taber3 days ago5.0Convenient and great service! Much better than most mailbox packing centers that do FedEx. Fast, friendly, and right at the warehouse! Don’t pay attention to all the bad reviews or lost/damaged packages that have nothing to do with this Ship Center!
- LTLEWSTEW TRAVELS.Sep 26, 20265.0Go through parking area to front of building, there's a small sign compared to the size of the building on the left small store front but once you see it, it's good, looks like the parking lot you go through to the store front is employee parking as well.
- PCPegi CairnesSep 18, 20261.0The last 2 packages have been delivered to my back door instead of my front door. This is UNACCEPTABLE, COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT enter or leave my house by the back door and I DO NOT APPRECIATE MY PACKAGES BEING LEFT AT MY BACK DOOR BY A LAZY, INCOMPETENT DRIVER.
- IIIvySep 11, 20261.0I ordered a package from tiktok shop and it was scheduled to be delivered that same Friday. When Friday came the package was still not delivered and said it would be delivered the next. The next day my package was still NOT delivered, so I called to go pick it up. They told me that it would be fine to pick it up and they’d take it off the dock so I could come get it. When they called me back they told me the package was already on the truck however it would not be delivered today, so I will not be able to pick it up. Customer service was very friendly but it’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing. I now understand the 3 star rating for fedex, if I could i’d give them no stars.
