- CDChantell DanielMay 6, 20251.0Where do I start, let's start with the older lady, very short hair glasses and pink nails on Monday 5/5 about 430pm. Someone in leadership should view the video footage because her demeanor and faces will tell the story better than I. This lady was so rude my mouth was on the ground, she huffed and puffed at an elderly couple for needing help taping up a box and preceded to say omg amd grab her head multiple times out loud. Another Woman came in for fast shipping close to 5p at out loud told the woman why would she expect next day air coming in close to closing and insisted on telling her what a bad decision it was to do that. I have never in my 40 years of life witnessed someone downgrading and disrespectful to others as such while in the work place. The woman who came out that she downgraded was almost in tears and I stopped her outside and told her to make sure she calls and makes a complaint. You can also see me doing that if the video cameras are viewed. This all took place between 430p and 510p I will be reaching out to the postmaster as well as management of that branch itself. To the Woman who displayed this type of behavior, you should not be working in the public or dealing with people because it is very obvious that 1 you have no respect and 2 this company has no regard for how their staff handles customers.
