- KKKiddlaosAug 27, 20261.0they misdid the packages my husband did. and the other day. they didnt even let my hubby print n email. the associate didnt even care to redo the thing because the man was about to be clock off at 5. i would say shut down this post office or hire people that are listening to the customers demands. and no wonder you guys have 2 stars.

They delivered my mail to my old address after telling me they weren’t going to release the hold until my change of address went through. The manager gave me serious attitude. She either needs to be fired or have some serious training on how to do her job.

According to tracking status my package was "out for delivery" all day and when I leave my house for 20 minutes at 430 pm it changes to "notice left no secure location available" when there were plenty and there is no notice to be found. I wish I could rate zero stars.
