Normally, I don’t make posts like this, but after my experience today, I feel like I need to say something. I went into USPS today with several packages to ship. Before we even started, I let the employee, Christopher, know that I had quite a few packages. At first, everything was fine. However, as we continued, his attitude completely changed. He became visibly frustrated and started **slamming my packages and throwing them into the bins**. At one point, he accused me of placing a package on the scale when, from my understanding, the issue was caused by a mistake on his end. He then told me he was ready to go on break and essentially told me to take my business somewhere else. I calmly told him that if he was unable or unwilling to continue assisting me, I would be happy to have another employee help me. He eventually finished the last few packages, but continued handling everything aggressively before printing my receipt and walking away. I left there feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly uncomfortable. People are allowed to come into USPS and ship packages. Whether it's one package or fifty packages, customers should not be made to feel like they're a burden simply because they're using a service USPS provides. And if someone is frustrated with customers using services like Vinted shipping, that's something they need to take up with their employer not the customer standing in front of them. Christopher, I genuinely hope you take some time during your break to reflect on how you treated me today. Nobody deserves to be treated that way, regardless of how busy or frustrated you may be. And I sincerely hope you never have to watch someone treat your daughter the way you treated me today, because I imagine you wouldn't be okay with that either. I will be contacting USPS management/corporate to report what happened. I'm not looking to cause problems or get anyone fired. I simply don't want another customer to walk into that location and leave feeling the way I did today.

Started out very uncomfortable due to an insensitive comment. Thanks to Mr. Casper and Ms. Jessica for their attention to the matter and allowing me to feel heard. I was able to get the floral stamps I sought. I appreciate you both
