Came in with two packages, three packing slips already filled out. The rude nasty old lady who can’t wear a name tag told me I had to rewrite the forms on different ones ( fine no problem) I had two forms for one box two for another, I filled out the two for the one box and before I could fill out the other one she started typing stuff out. When I was done I asked her for the other slip so I could fill it out for her. She told me she didn’t have it. I told she had to because I only had two of the three. The other one I had was blank. She told me it had to have fallen or I misplaced it….. ( mind you the younger older lady with curly hair just watched everything happening and was laughing) but then gave me the box and said “here you can use this to fill it out” and points to the sticker she put on the box. So she had it just didn’t want to work two seconds to reach into the trash can to give it to me. She was extremely rude and disrespectful at one point I heard her whisper “ Jesus Christ” these ladies need to do better at being nicer human beings.

The staff was mildly nice. My rep was quiet and just wanted to do her job. The proces there were fair. I thought it would be very expensive to ship some of my heavy jar boxes. It looked like this postal office was like an oiled machine, everyone working with everyone. ONE thing I caught this one woman doing upset me sort of. The box said "Fragile" on it and she was swinging it around and throwing it in a pile. She needs to read the labels before she throws it around like its an empty box... that is why I did 4 stars instead of 5. It was organized as well. I prefer this postal office. Ill definitely go again to ship my stuff.

This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in to mail an important package overseas for my deployed husband and was trying my best to complete the customs forms correctly as it was my first time. Instead of receiving quick guidance, I felt rushed, dismissed, and treated very rudely. When I had questions, I was met with impatience and rude treatment that made an already confusing process much more overwhelming. I understand that postal employees have busy days, but customers come to USPS because they need help navigating services they may not use often. A little patience and professionalism would have made a huge difference. I left feeling frustrated and without accomplishing what I came there to do because I was there for an hour and I had limited time before my break was over. If you’re mailing something internationally or need assistance with forms, I would recommend going to another USPS location if possible. Customer service should make stressful situations easier, not harder. Based on my experience, I did not feel treated with basic courtesy or professionalism. Providing clear guidance and treating customers with basic respect should be a fundamental part of the job, especially when someone is trying to navigate an unfamiliar process.

This post office has always given me trouble. Don’t waste your time going to it. The ladies behind the desk are rude and unhelpful. Every time I try to send my husband something over seas they give me such a hard time… and now all of a sudden they won’t take customs after 3:30. They never have customs forms and tell you to go somewhere else because they won’t do it. What is the point of having a post office if you won’t do what it is intended for? What a waste of a building.

Horrible experience, the two lady’s where talking bad about clients and making fun of them for not knowing, they made me feel so stupid, instead of HELPING (because that’s their job) they just told “this is all wrong you gotta do it again” with an attitude while the other lady laughed. Then at the end she said “rate us” with an attitude again and annoyance in her voice. The lady next to me also felt uncomfortable with their attitude and comments. I understand the horrible reviews about this place. It’s sad that you just want to leave in a rush because of the way they both treat you.
