  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS – ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot say enough wonderful things about The UPS Store on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC! My husband Jermaine and I have had a mailbox at this location for over two years, and the customer service has been nothing short of AMAZING! As over-the-road truck drivers, we spend most of our time traveling across the country, so having a reliable place to receive our mail and packages is extremely important to us. This UPS Store has truly been a blessing! Every single employee we’ve encountered has always been incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, attentive, and willing to help. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. No matter who is working when we come in, we’re always greeted with kindness and treated with respect. What really stands out to us is the consistency. In over two years, we’ve continued to receive the same outstanding service. That speaks volumes about the wonderful team they have! When you’re constantly on the road, peace of mind means everything, and knowing we have a dependable location to receive our packages makes our lives so much easier. To the entire staff: THANK YOU for your kindness, professionalism, patience, and dedication! Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we genuinely appreciate each and every one of you! If you’re looking for a UPS Store where the employees truly care about their customers, THIS IS THE ONE!   We’ve been coming here quite frequently as the nearest location to our temporary home, but also because we have many things we’re ordering for our wedding in a few months, which means crazy amounts of returns at times too unfortunately. I always feel guilty having to bring them in but the most they ever do is lighten that up a bit and maybe playfully tease us about it lol. The staff here is always SO nice, efficient, and helpful. Even today I’m compelled to finally write this review as while we were there, one of the managers happily offered to bring a box out to a customers car for them. And I just love to see that in a world while customer service is slowly dying everywhere, meanwhile kindness is absolutely free 💗 but this store is a great example and deserves to be recognized, and really I’ve never had a bad experience with UPS thankfully but this store just stands out in a great way so thank you, Ramsey St. UPS!! I’m sure we’ll see you guys again soon enough lol

  They charge $1.00 per copy! Avoid this place. The typical charge at the majority of independent owned UPS stores for copies is .25 cents to .50 cents per copy.

  Very friendly and helpful staff!!! I was having an issue with an Amazon return and they very quickly got it resolved. They went above and beyond. Thank you for great customer service.
