- RWRandy Wise4 days ago1.0Poor customer service at UPS store Westwood Shopping Center. I went in on 6/19/26 to have something notarized. Paid the fee and paid to have it shipped overnight. On 7/1/26 I received the paperwork back because the notary forgot to sign one of the papers. He stamped it and filled everything out but didn’t sign it. I’m not upset about that. He missed it and I missed it. I came back to the Westwood UPS store on 7/2/26 and explained that their notary forgot to sign the document. There was no apology, no offer to send it overnight for free and again, not really upset with that, but when the notary handed the document back to me, he said “don’t leave without checking it because I’m not gong to do it again for free.” They screwed up, not me, and then tell me it won’t be free if they mess up again? I don’t expect anything to happen to the employee and chances of never using this store again are slim but I am going to do my best to use a FedEx store in the future. Or at least another UPS store owned by someone else

Honestly, employees like James are the reason I keep coming back to this specific store. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and he goes above and beyond every time.
