  Was in need of exhaust work on a 2023 Chevy Traverse. Was in and out quickly, with no appointment made. After reading reviews, was somewhat skeptical. After doing the repair, which is a known issue, watched him do an old style of TIG welding. I have no worry that repair was done right. Would I recommend this to others that need it, yes. They were recommended by a friend that is in the Auto repair business, so I would do that to others as well.

  Whhhhhh😫😫😫y did they move Amazon returns here. The line is always long and they move soooooo slow. Like we are clocked in and doing time with them! Then whn employees walk up or a customer comes to the register thts attached to the return area, FORGET ABT IT.

  I went there to get 3 copies the lady said she is swamped with 900 orders I have to wait until end of the day very hostile I've always went there to get copies now today its a problem I would never recommend them or go there again do yourself a favor go to fed ex

  Let me be CLEAR: The person checking in RETURNS for Amazon is beyond AWESOME. But as many returns as are dealt with there should be at least one other person checking in returns. When I arrived, I was the 12th person in line. While standing there, within FIVE minutes, 8 other returns fell in behind me. Staples, you can do better. Yeah, it's amazon stuff, but, it's in your building. You agreed to this. At least, provide two persons for intake.

  Long story short, Caroline is doing fantastic trying to juggle the customer service counter and a check out while her partner is on break. But management needs to have enough people working to cover during breaks or, god forbid, actually come out and cover for their people and interact with the customers! Staff are friendly and helpful but they need more people. As of now I've been in line for over 10 minutes, making an Amazon return, because there's only one person working the front, running both the customer service counter AND the only open check out. They don't need all the check outs open at the same time but the lady here is overworked and stressed because the line is about 12 people long! Apparently the customer service can't check people out so as people come up to check out she's having to alternate or try and do them both simultaneously and starting to get a bit overwhelmed. Do better management! There are two people at the print shop, two at the Party City desk, and it seems like only two assigned to the front. If you don't have enough people to flex and cover breaks then you need to do it!
