  Came back to see if there was any response to the RUDENESS and UNPROFESSIONALISM I experienced on July 16th to find my review had been deleted. So here it is again! Is Carole ok? I don't want to be rude but her behavior was odd, unpleasant, and disturbing. If her goal is to make customers uncomfortable, then she is doing a great job. I genuinely couldn't tell if she was aware of her demeanor or surroundings but something tells me that she was. I came in with some Amazon returns. Staples is by my home so I used this return option out of convenience. I had multiple returns and before entering Staples I took time to organize the orders and have my QR codes ready for a quick easy process. During the return process Carole slammed down her scanner multiple times, tossed labels around, threw returns into the box aggressively, huffed and puffed, made long, intense and unwanted eye contact. She also announced to her poor coworker that after scanning my returns she was going to go poop because her stomach was doing back flips. She was totally unprofessional. The intense eye contact was very creepy if not threatening. If she has a disability I am sorry for this review, but if not please look in to hiring new faces for the store. This was my second run-in with Carole and hopefully my last.

  Great way to print pics and have things made with your pictures & they have legal paperwork that helps you put on certain things like evection & divorce ..wills etc

  This is a great place to go.Purchase office supplies and computers.And now they have Party City, and I've also found this bins that every day, the prices are different.Pretty interesting. Scavenger hunt for a great price. The employees are always very polite.There's this one employee sort of blondes hair with glasses.Gentlemen, that helps you through the store.And to your car that is so awesome.I would hire him to work for me. The manager at the store she's super awesome. The people at the print shop are very good. Overall, this is a great place to do business. Oh, let's not forget the guy at the computer and printers. He is super awesome, he's also been there for a long time period there's another blond guy at the register that he is really, really nice in general, everyone. There is nice. As far as the prices of cords , you can find a lot of their stuff cheaper at walmart , but this is a convenient place to come in shop , all in one place which evens out what you could save at walmart. I highly recommend it for great quality items for your office and computers.And there's

  I received exceptional customer service from beginning to end from Reggie and Dahmian in the Print and Copy Shop at Staples - Fayetteville, NC on 3 different days, back to back to back. They took their time and they did not rush me. I was preparing to launch Live Like Elias Foundation, a foundation that I started to honor my 9 year old son who passed away on May 1st, 2026 of a rare, aggressive brain tumor. They took their time and they did not rush me. They made sure that my vision came to reality...on paper! They make Staples look good. Way to go guys! I'll definitely be back and I'll ask for them!!
