  I was helped by Ms Ashlyn and she was the Best customer service care person I’ve had between other mail carriers. She was very professional and knowledgeable and what I needed at that moment. She helped me in getting my package to where it needed to be at a certain time. She took the time and gave me options and made it work. Ashlyn, thanks for all you do as a person and being there as the perfect customer service.

  We have cameras around my house along with 2 people who stay there all day. The package was placed by the garage where we have a camera and when i came home our garbage can was placed where the package was allegedly placed. When i inquired with my parents about my package they did not see it or anything. We believe whoever delivered it took the picture and stole it. I am deeply unsatisfied with this service and feel it is ridiculous that someone would steal some underwear. Honestly if this is what happens when people order items and have deliveries stolen. Never expected FedEx to steal packages.
