  Mr. Mack provided a superb customer satisfaction experience. I will definitely will comeback to DHL, I feel like I am at home due to the excellent service provided by Mr. Mack. He should be promoted right away to make sure that the other employees emulate him.

  The rudest customer service I have ever seen. The customer in front of me was treated even worse than I was. The young lady behind the counter definitely did not like her job and made sure she let everyone who came in know that they were getting on her nerves.

  Absolute trash. Paid $33 to ship a $66 order from overseas. Once item arrived stateside, DHL informed me of a $55 dollar charge pending for import tax (36 taxes; 17 DHL fees). Had this been made known at time of purchase, I never would have wasted my time.
