- WPwalter PonceAug 4, 20231.0Worst place i’ve been at, would rate worse if I could We came in as a walk in to get our passport, the front old lady was attending us with attitude and asked us for some other copies, once we got our copies in order she attended other people, maybe 4 others that were behind us while we were waiting, making it seem like she didn’t want to attend us and was wasting time, Im not sure if it was because we were Hispanic and the others weren’t but when her appointment finally came in she turned us away and claimed she couldn’t serve us because the rest of her afternoon was filled up. We waited for NO reason.

Completely rude and unprofessional while I waited on the phone hearing their conversation. If you can avoid going there, or any post office really, that would be best.
