Only wish yadkinville would've been open bc they also have a good staff and helpful employees. I believe why yadkinville was closed bc of the ground work being done near food lion at the time.
- LSLetitia ShinaultAug 15, 20181.0HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered a stand mixer last year. I ordered an paid to ship to home. I had to go to post office in Elkin to pick it up for a wedding. Had to go on Saturday due to work. Got there and was not handicap accessible. I had to use cane and go up all the stairs. There was no way I could carry that and use cane to go down stairs. I asked for help. They told me they could not. I had to insist something else. They said they could deliver to my house. I looked at them and said “why did you not do that in the first place.????” They did not have an answer. I finally got them to put on loading dock in the back where I had to slide it into the trunk of vehicle. Now today I have ordered two packages which unfortunately where sent via USPS. It says in tracking number that delivered. I wonder where?? I did not receive what I paid for. Luckily I called Amazon and they said they would take care of for me. It’s not an Amazon issue. They always deliver via many couriers. Unfortunately it’s the delivery from the Elikn office of the post office. Folks, if you are having the same trouble let the companies you purchase from know about the Elkin postoffice issues. This is the only way that we can get this issue fixed. Update: Called the post office and they had a different driver who put some where different. So, it did come. I also called Amazon to update them. They are going to fill out a form and let the post office know where to deliver future orders. That’s excellent customer service from Amazon!! Yeah Call the companies you buy from they can help with issues.:)
