- MTMerri TorresFeb 13, 20241.0I mailed a package to my son same address I have mailed several packages to without a problem. On Saturday 2/10/24 tracking showed it was out for delivery. Later that day I checked to see if it had ben delivered and the status then said "forwarded" nothing else no explanation. It's been that way for 3 days. No way to find out where it is being forwarded to because you can't call them all you can do is call the 800#. I am beyond mad about this and doubly frustrated because there is no way to get any information.

Today is my G'son Bday this was his present. These workers need to take aptitude test hands on skill test & reading comprehending test. The carrier we had for many years was great! This young one now ain't worth 50 cent.
