Most recently, I dropped off a very expensive piece of equipment and they handled it with the utmost care to make sure it made in for repairs safely. Grateful for our UPS store!

Before I left I asked if everything is good and if they had any questions they said no. All they had to do was print out a shipping label place the items in the box and ship it. Now I have to refund my buyers for the inconvenience/ getting the wrong item/ never getting their items! Very disappointed do better! 👎 I’m not the type of person to ever write reviews but now I’m out of money ! Due to their mistakes so I’m very unhappy.
