- EEElizabethFeb 6, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would the male clerk that works the counter is the rudest employee. There apparently is a place on the payment key pad where you can rate your service he turns to screen around and ranks himself with highest ranking. I mailed an envelope 3 weeks ago its never made it to the destination!

My package said it was delivered to my address which it wasn’t, just to find out 3 days later when the post office finally got back in touch with me that it was delivered to a rundown shack that no one lives in and was just left sitting on the porch. They stated either the business or I messed up the shipping label which I have proof that is incorrect. They just can’t do their job which clearly is valid due to pretty much every other review of their office. Never got my package, never got a call back when they said I would be contacted the day they were sending a carrier out to see if it was still there. Bad look for the town. Hire people that can actually read shipping labels.

People spend money to have their mail or package delivered according to the delivery date. However, they totally ignore that date . I mailed a first class package and it has been over two weeks and it has still not been delivered. It was supposed to take five days!. I will definitely investigate this to the highest level! This town is Edenton. NC 27932
