- NKNaomi KawashitaJun 30, 20261.0The employee I encountered, I did not get her name but it was an African American lady, she has absolutely horrible attitude. She gave us attitude when we tried to clarify what kind of documents we need to change our addresses. I would not recommend this location.
- MCMercedes Benz CeeJun 24, 20263.0If anyone knows this lady please report her to the United States postal department of Durham North Carolina as I was almost ran over by her vehicle !!! Today Wednesday June 24th 2026 when I was politely had to record and approached the lady to ask her why did she not beat the horn if I was clearly in view and there is cameras in the parking lot to show you that I had the right away as a pedestrian and she merged into the parking lotand acknowledgment in a parking lot where she made a short right-hand turn and I was on my cell phone and asked why didn't she just remain main Park and beat the horn to get my attention letting me know she was pulling inside of the parking lot and said just almost nearly running me over with the truck

As a mom trying to wrangle 2 young children through a passport appointment, this was a horrible experience. Avoid at all cost and go to another facility!

Doesn’t seem to have full functions / displays as another post office might due to the counter set up still being the historic style. Counter seems to only have space for one customer service station (1 worker) so you may be in line for a bit. I recommend coming early. Friendly staff member, though, and convenient location.
