- KKKaceyJul 22, 20261.0Please give that women some help up front, you had people standing in line 40 mins plus for just DROPPING off stuff, then finally someone emerged from the back with no urgency whatsoever to “help” her fellow coworker. Lost packages, delays, really no answers/solutions for some people in line wondering where their stuff is. I say help in quotations cause she definitely didn’t contribute at ALL. My trip to the DMV that same day was a shorter wait time. Astonishing truly.
- KCKeshia CliftonJul 21, 20261.0I received a notification that the post office attempted to deliver certified mail on 07/20/2026, and it was caught on camera with the driver just driving off. I rescheduled delivery for 07/21/2026, seeing I needed this item, and the driver drove off again. This is very disappointing. Also, a carrier left mail in my mailbox, as you can see in the picture, my porch is only a few steps away, and I was also home each day listed below.

Look at the timestamp, they marked it as picked up and it was still in the mailbox. Not only not doing their route, but also lieing about picking up packages.
- JBJoanne BeckmanJul 10, 20263.0No mail hold forms available in this place, I waited 2nd in line for ~ 9 minutes while two workers were still serving same people, two persons repeatedly up one worker with questions; four more people joined line behind me. I was driver for an elderly disabled person waiting in hot car in handicap space at ~ noon. Online info notice at post office would be very helpful. Will check online instead.
- LAL AJun 12, 20261.0This is the worst USPS to deal with I sent a certified mail and this office supposed to deliver it to the address in Durham the tracking keeps showing the item was not delivered due to not access to location but is been more than a month and they haven’t returned the package to the sender address yet and they also don’t have the package there either!! It’s a very important documentation
