  Do not come in here on a Saturday, they are severely understaffed with poor customer service. There were two long lines, one for packages and one for passports. Each line was only managed by one employee each. Both of these lines were to the front door at one point. Walk in hours for passports are only scheduled for two days of the week, Tuesday’s at 3-4pm, and Saturday’s at 10-12pm. You can’t schedule a passport appointment at this location for over a month. For the walk in passport line, nearly 20 people were turned away at 11am, as the employee stated everyone would not be seen. Another customer stated this happened the previous Saturday. They either need a second worker to manage these lines, or extend their hours. For the average worker, Saturday mornings are the only availability to get a passport taken care of, with the Post Offices being closed on Sunday’s. A few people (out of those turned away) stayed, just in case the line moved quicker than anticipated, or in case a customer did not bring the proper paperwork. A third employee (Neoma), came out and yelled at 11:30am for the people to leave, and that they would not be seen. When told the reasoning for staying, she made a face and walked away. If you can, try to get an appointment. Or better yet, go to another location.

  Every time i come to this post office they don't have any selection of stamps, or stamps i need. Rolls, post-cards stamps, black heritage, or even the newest releases. I mail a lot and like to have a variety of stamps to choose from, but any time a new stamp releases and i go to this office they never have it! When i ask the employees they say the manager only gets a few sheets of the new stamps, if any at all! They don't seem to understand it either so i know it's not their fault, the clerks have always been kind and efficient when i go there! Usually my only choice are SpongeBob stamps ( which i definitely don't want). I don't understand how as the POST OFFICE they have such an issue getting a variety of stamps( at the very least the new releases!) And keeping them in stock!

  What's the point of a self service kiosk if your drop off chute is always jammed/locked

  The attendant was slow and not caring. I waited 2 hours to be help, when there's only two people in front of me. The guy working July 3rd didn't want to work, so he played around. Customer started leaving.
