- JFJames Ferrick5 days ago1.0Today, I brought in a package expecting USPS to print a shipping label. Instead, I was told to write the mailing and return addresses on the box and was simply pointed in the direction of the nearest pen. They didn't even offer a label or sharpie marker and seemed very dismissive. I left and went to UPS, where the staff were friendly, entered the addresses themselves, and printed a label in less than a minute. The difference in customer service was night and day. If USPS wants customers going forward, they need to change their customer service experience, otherwise they might as well close shop. Needless to say, I'll be using UPS for my future shipping needs.
- JWJ WSep 26, 20262.0I dread anytime my package gets delivered by USPS. Expecting an important package that has been en route on delivery since 6:10am, slotted to be delivered by 10:45am, then by 5:15pm, and finally now until close to 7:00pm. Ridiculous.
