- RMR MJan 30, 20261.0This store has really gone down in quality and convenience. Most of the employees seem to be bothered by having customers coming in. Issues seem to be met with hostility and the fact that they cannot be wrong in the situation. I have watched simple customer issues/concerns turn into arguments with customers while waiting in line on more than one occasion. There is one employee and I wish I could recall his name at this moment but he is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Should I have a need to stop by to drop something off and find any of the other employees behind the counter I will probably skip the stop and take my business elsewhere.

One greeted me and the other completed the notary work. I always come to this location (Erwin Terrace)for shipping packages, and not once has the experience been less than great. I Will absolutely return here for shipping and notary services. To be sure, I have had positive interactions at many other UPS stores too, so this is hardly an anomaly for UPS brick and mortars. though it certainly IS an anomaly among retailers at large. For a company as large, and with as many customer facing employees, as UPS, the operation runs seamlessly (to my eye). Color me I impressed! Can’t compare to FedEx in great detail because I’ve been choosing UPS whenever possible over the years given the great service!
