  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store frequently, and I honestly feel bad for the employee who always seems to be working there by himself. I’ve actually started going on Saturdays and Sundays more often because the other workers I’ve encountered have had poor customer service. The employee who works those days, however, is always polite and helpful. Whether the store is busy or not, it feels like he’s constantly expected to handle everything alone. There are times when it’s busy enough that two people should definitely be working, especially when customers are coming in for shipping, returns, printing, and other services. What really stands out is how polite and helpful he is despite being left to handle everything by himself. He does his best to help every customer and is always respectful, even when the store is busy and there are multiple people needing assistance at once. One person can only do so much, but he handles it to the best of his ability. I honestly wonder where the rest of the staff is because I’ve seen him working alone way too often. There’s a noticeable difference between his customer service and some of the other employees I’ve encountered. He’s clearly a hardworking employee and deserves better support. Honestly, that kid needs a raise or at least a bonus for the amount of work he’s doing by himself. At this point, they either need to schedule another person and appreciate the employee they have, or he needs to take his talents somewhere that actually recognizes how much work he does and treats him better.

  Although the staff were friendly, I had a bad experience at this location. First, they were unable to help me print a customs form for an existing UPS shipment I had a label for, they told me my only option was to cancel it and re-buy the label from them. The customs form is a free PDF online, I just wasn't sure how to fill it out, they were trying to tell me it would cost them money to print it out for me. Then, when I did cancel my existing shipment and re-buy it from them, it went from $40 when I bought it online at ups.com, to $80 buying the exact same shipping label from them in the store! I would not go here again.

  Jamir is one of the employees at this store and he went above and beyond to help me mail several return packages. Really great customer service! Thank you
