  This store has really gone down in quality and convenience. Most of the employees seem to be bothered by having customers coming in. Issues seem to be met with hostility and the fact that they cannot be wrong in the situation. I have watched simple customer issues/concerns turn into arguments with customers while waiting in line on more than one occasion. There is one employee and I wish I could recall his name at this moment but he is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Should I have a need to stop by to drop something off and find any of the other employees behind the counter I will probably skip the stop and take my business elsewhere.

  Normally I’m too lazy to write a review, but this is the best UPS store I’ve ever seen. I’m also writing this comment to especially thank ANDRE, as he is always professional, kind and supportive. Me and my friends really like his energetic vibe and we all had great experiences when letting him to help us. Great place great staff, and Andre is definitely the star here :)) Go Andre!!!

  I went to return a parcel today. I met Andre and he is so helpful and friendly. He was patient with Mr while explaining about the return procedure. Amazing experience. Thanks Andre!
