- KGKristen GardnerJul 1, 20265.0Staff so friendly and helpful. We needed documents printed, notarized, scanned, and emailed back to us. There were some difficulties opening scanned files and they were so helpful to send in a different format. We were in close to an hour and all the while they seamlessly helping other customers.

Asked to take a picture of a package brought in for return valued over 1000.00 that was completely unopened and not tampered with. Was told to take it to the warehouse because they didn't want to show proof of receiving it at their store. Why would I pay 100 insurance on a package I'm not accepting and never tampered with? A simple receipt showing that the package is being sent back to the original shipper has never been an issue at other UPS stores or FedEx.
