  After 5days of transactions I have noticed that this branch did double transactions on my card. What a scammer, now I am having hard time to dispute it. Beware about this scam!

  Serious customer service issues. I attempted to return four tires to Amazon, and my receipt clearly showed all four items. However, the employee refused to accept all four tires and only processed two of them. I spent nearly an hour going back and forth between the employee and Amazon trying to explain a very straightforward return. Communication was extremely difficult, and neither side seemed to understand or properly resolve the issue. I have never had such a frustrating experience returning an Amazon purchase. I am now stuck with two tires that I cannot return without obtaining another return label, and I was only refunded half of my purchase. This is unacceptable customer service. Returning an item through a third-party location should not be this complicated or stressful, especially when the return documentation clearly shows the correct quantity. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a simple customer return. Not sure if I ever want to go back to this location again!

  I would like to give a special shoutout to the young lady who was working on Sunday. I didn’t get her name, but she had curly hair. I witnessed an interaction between her and a customer that I felt deserved to be recognized. The customer came in with a label that was too small and blurry to scan. The young lady politely explained that the label could be reprinted at home in a larger size. She still made multiple attempts to scan it and continued trying to assist the customer, even after several unsuccessful attempts. Unfortunately, the customer became upset and made a disrespectful remark toward her. Despite the customer’s attitude, the young lady remained calm and professional and did not respond negatively. The customer eventually came back with what she referred to as the “label” that couldn’t be scanned, only for it to turn out to be a QR code rather than an actual shipping label. I completely understand that returns can sometimes be frustrating, but I also believe that patience, understanding, and simply taking the time to read the instructions can make these situations much easier for everyone involved. With that being said, I truly appreciate how professionally this young lady handled the situation, including when assisting me with my own return. She deserves recognition for remaining patient and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Honestly, I’m not sure I would have handled the situation as calmly as she did, so I have a lot of respect for her professionalism.

  This location is our favorite! We are always able to go right in and drop off loan documents or estate documents to be shipped back to the attorney. No slow moving lines and most times there is no line which is surprising. We appreciate you all for being such a reliable location to handle our signing documents.
