I purchased 3 laptops there a few years ago. I was given nice help and guidance. When I went in recently it was a much less friendly place to be. I felt that some of the staff treated me like a bother for asking questions. I got photo ID pictures for legal documents, and asked for help with some copying of math questions for a class I help. They told me that I was in the wrong line, and to move to the one 10 feet away. They had no signage to tell me that. I think that they may be understaffed.

Its great they added Amazon returns super helpful, however there printing and shipping section needs some work and extra help on that side. Very disorganized.

I had to take some time out and say thank you so much to Anthony and Todd for their assistance today. I struggle with Arthritis, fibromyalgia and Diabetes and I was trying to make some Amazon returns and purchase some pistachios. Anthony saw that I was truly struggling And he did everything to accommodate me as well as Todd. I had gotten too hot and I was feeling ill But I was too embarrassed to tell them. Anthony has waited on me before and he’s always so courteous and kind. This is why I always come to this location to shop or make my Amazon returns. Anthony always makes me feel so welcome And tries to do anything to assist me due to my disability. Caring about your customers, makes a difference in where you shop in whose line you choose to go through at a store. Hats off to Anthony and Todd! Update: I didn’t think the Customer Service could get any better at this store until I met Stephanie. The associates at this store are absolutely amazing! They are so patient with me and courteous. Most of the time when I have to come to the store I have returns. I have to shop online due to my health and the associates at this store never make me feel bad for my returns, if anything they are accommodating to my needs.
