I am a notary and i had to pick my ledger up from the store and they could not find it. I had to end up paying for a new ledger and canceling the pre ordered book online.I was told that I had received my money back from my pre order. It's was very inconvenient knowledge.

I visited this Staples to return an Amazon package. When I arrived, I was asked if I was there for an Amazon return and directed to a separate waiting area. One cashier was handling both Amazon returns and retail purchases, and retail customers who arrived after me were repeatedly helped first while those waiting for Amazon returns continued to wait. I waited about 20 minutes without any explanation of the process or an estimated wait time. During that time, I noticed few employees on the sales floor, and it seemed that having another person assist at the counter could have reduced the wait. The staff were neither particularly friendly nor rude, but the overall experience felt disorganized and gave the impression that Amazon return customers were a lower priority. If Staples chooses to offer Amazon returns, the service should be staffed and managed in a way that treats all customers fairly.

I have been looking for a Conference speakerfor my dad‘s birthday. I went to Best Buy and called the Home Depot and they didn’t have any in stock so I called Staples and spoke to Micheal who was so helpful and patient and took his time to help me find something similar to what I was asking and ended up saving me money and the long ! I really appreciated him helping me troubleshoot options that would do what I needed, and he was very kind on the phone and in person! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was greeted at the door by Genine. She had the most pleasant smile, and it complimented me as I prepare to go print out my documents. It seems like there are not any Associates to be on standby to help you anymore nowadays, so I had to do the task by myself, and I tried to complete my task by myself, but I came across a mishap and that is when Anthony played a part in relieving my frustration. Anthony was busy with another customer so he called the lovely Genine. She came to help me and I felt so happy and valued. Thank these staff members and let them know it is appreciated to have them love what they do
