  Absolutely horrible experience. Their system “accidentally” marked my IKEA item as picked up, and they have had it on hold for over two business days saying that I can’t pick it up until they fix it in their system. I have been told multiple times by reps that the RXO Durham will send me an email or text update, and I have yet to receive communication from them.

  RXO delivered my ikea packages of large furniture. They were communicative about the delivery window and sent an accurate update 30 minutes before arrival. The delivery team was kind, courteous, and very fast!

  One of the worst company I have ever worked with. Their website does not provide any information, or updates, phone calls drops and they don’t call back, long hold time and phone disconnects, not delivering dishwasher on time, not installing dishwasher when they delivered and no updates. People who came to install the dishwasher cannot communicate, they didn’t bring any rags or paper towels to clean their mess but they were nice guys.

  I was very pleased with the delivery of my mattress. Communication during the whole delivery process was excellent. I was offered an earlier day for delivery, but my schedule prevented me from doing it. The guys were very nice, careful while in my home, & cleaned up after themselves before leaving by removing the old mattress and plastic covering from the new one. I would be very willing to have this company make other deliveries!

  They delivered my Serta mattress & boxspring ordered thru SamsClub. The night before delivery date, they texted the 4-hr window for delivery. Delivery day, driver kept me informed of any delay at each prior stop they made before arriving at my destination. White glove treatment upon delivery for sure. Hauled away old mattress set & setup new one in no time flat. Love my new bed set, altho much higher than my last. Driver even directed me to a site to look for a bedside step ladder if I decided I need one! Very nice experience. Highly recommend.
