Their system “accidentally” marked my IKEA item as picked up, and they have had it on hold for over two business days saying that I can’t pick it up until they fix it in their system. I have been told multiple times by reps that the RXO Durham will send me an email or text update, and I have yet to receive communication from them. Update after comment below from account owner: I was called and texted by a rep and I responded back within 30 minutes of reach out. I have not heard back in over two weeks. The experience is absolutely unacceptable and atrocious. They accidentally sent my package back to IKEA in an overnight sweep. I will never be using RXO again.
