  If I could give zero stars, I would. I never write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt I had to. I will not be returning to this location. NEVER I had a very disappointing experience with Jariin. From the beginning, we clearly explained that we needed to send an envelope overnight and also include a prepaid overnight return label. Instead of helping us understand how to complete the shipment, he immediately told us that he could not do it and that we needed to create a FedEx account using the computers in the back. When we told him we were having problems creating the account, he offered almost no assistance or explanation. We were left trying to figure everything out ourselves. Eventually, we figured out how to create the shipment as guests, and only then did he tell us that next time we could call customer service for help. That was extremely frustrating because we were standing inside a FedEx location specifically because we needed help with a FedEx shipment. He also waited until the end to tell us that the envelope we had selected cost money and that he could have provided us with a free one. That information would have been useful from the beginning. After all the time we spent trying to figure everything out without his help, he then told us that our overnight shipment could no longer go out that day because the 5:45 p.m. cutoff had passed. What made this even more frustrating was that we could literally see the FedEx pickup vehicle arriving while we were still there. In the end, I still could not complete the prepaid overnight return label, and since the package would not be going out that day anyway, I took my package and went to another FedEx location. We left without completing the shipment we came there to do. Jariin was dismissive, unfriendly, and showed very little interest in helping us. I understand that an employee may not be able to complete every step for a customer, but I would at least expect clear guidance and basic customer service, especially after explaining exactly what we needed from the beginning. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

  I dropped off two extremely critical, time-sensitive packages containing original government-issued passports at this location. It has been days, and the tracking status remains completely frozen at "We have your package" with zero movement, transit scans, or updates since intake. These envelopes contain essential legal identity documents required for upcoming international travel. The total lack of accountability, movement, or proper handing-off from this Page Rd facility is completely unacceptable. Management needs to check their intake bins and sort this out immediately. Extremely disappointed with the negligence.

  Very poor experience with FedEx. I dropped off two packages for Express delivery. After 4 days there is still absolutely no tracking status or movement shown. I contacted FedEx multiple times and they only keep creating INC tickets but provide no actual update or resolution. This is not the first time I have faced such issues with FedEx. These packages contain important documents, and the complete lack of tracking and accountability is extremely frustrating. Highly disappointing service.

  The folks at this FedEx had always been helpful. Even when we walked in the first time and was clueless on operating the machine. My man, Jarlin was so kind. He walked us thru. Also went another time to get our passport photos taken there and he help and made sure it was perfect and helped us with shipping label and was patient we us. Thank you to the team at this FedEx location. Keep up the good work

  This will be my go-to FedEx from now on. I needed to print a lot of tricky documents for a Indian passport application (A4 size) which is not a standard size and most of the printing stores could not figure out how to help me. Jaarin went above and beyond to help me with the process of printing the documents to the required standards. He also showed me how to use a cutter in the store to size pictures per Indian passport standards. Jaarin is amazing to work with and I truly appreciate how he made the process so easy.
