Horrible customer service, horrible delivery people, just the worst experience I have had with the US postal service. I cannot order anything online because they get my packages and always screw up the delivery. Today I found out from checking the tracking number of my latest package, sent to me by my family in PR, that my item was delivered tuesday July 7th of this last week and my ring cameras don't even show a USPS truck pull in that day at all. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS in that envelope btw. I'm pissed, this place ought to be ashamed.
