  Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received out of two locations that I’ve been going to for the past seven years. Went there shipped a package went back to the store within an hour and 20 minutes, package was still in the store asked if I could get the package back and if I could get a refund because I was charged a significant amount to ship a package to the seller through UPS and the person there that is always there day and day out had no idea how to do it. Then he shouldn’t be in the store day in a day out all by yourself. There should be a manager that knows how to do a returns, and voids. He gave me some excuse that once it’s put on the manifest, it cannot remove it. Package wasn’t even in the carrier’s truck when I got there. It was still in the store told him to not ship it and he still shipped it even though I was in the store physically and told him don’t let the carrier send it. Even had the UPS driver stand in the store for about seven minutes to then turn around and tell him you could go called my normal UPS store that I go to on Bayfield Avenue in Concord spoke to the manager there and the store owner they said he could’ve absolutely given you a refund and returned your package and if he didn’t know how to do it, he could’ve held your package and waited till the following morning to figure out how to do it, but he shouldn’t be in the store, not knowing how to do a voids and returns, it happens all the time and until my package doesn’t leave the store it is still my package. Called the UPS store corporate office did several complaints and opened a case against this store. They requested for the surveillance camera video from the owner to see if my story corroborated with the camera footage and the store owner refused to provide it. I will never go to that store and give them my business ever again. They’re friendliness is a big façade. They’re looking to gain more customers because there are a new store, but you can’t gain customers by not servicing them correctly.

  This new UPS store is excellent. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been a few times with a variety of different things and it was always easy and fast. The location is really convenient, but the shop is hidden in the back to the right of Harris Teeter. That makes this a hidden gem!

  The customer service was terrible. I asked the agent to place the shipping label on the package in front of me and he said no that it wasn’t his process and that he has a process and then placed it on a table behind him with additional packages. I asked for a refund and my package back and he said no it’s their package now because it’s already in their system.

  Remarkable customer service! Stopped in to have some training materials printed. The staff was extremely friendly and turned around a fairly large print job with short notice in an impressive timeframe! Highly recommend that anyone in the area that need their services stop in! You won't be disappointed!
