- STSavannah TollieJun 9, 20261.0Holds all my packages no matter how much I beg them to leave them at my door. Ive filed a complaint using the national number a few times and typically ill see my package at my door a few hours after that, but by the time I get a new package they falsely flag it as hold for pickup. The manager even had me sign on a piece of paper to have them please deliver them to my door but its still a problem. As someone who walks everywhere to get around and works Mon-Sat 8-5 it shouldn't be this hard for them to drop off my package that they PUT OUT FOR DELIVERY anyways. I 100% would love for FedEX or UPS to deliver them instead but thats not an option.

They are refusing to deliver a package which is a reorder of an item that I get regularly and that they have delivered before. They close at 4:30 so it is almost impossible to get there to pick up the item during the hours they are open. I just wanted to see if they could try to redeliver the item but I can't even get in touch with anyone to figure out what is going on. I've never seen a government service treat their community so poorly. Really sad to see. . .
