- JRJohn ROct 5, 20261.0if I could do no stars in would. I ordered an item on September 24th every time it would get to this facility it would immediately be marked out for delivery. by the delivery time suddenly its status would change to in transit. after it was shipped to Lancaster Pennsylvania and rerouted and again came to the facility 4 times I went in this morning to simply ask if there was anything going on instead I was told sternly it says out for delivery when I said yes and it said the same out for delivery on the 27th, 29th, 1st and and 3rd . He got louder and said does it say it ?! I get people hating their jobs or life or whatever but clearly this is a whole other situation. He wins I will make it a point to hopefully never have to go back but wow I will certainly let others no choose all other options if possible if you live in Cornelius.
- BBBrittany BrouilletteSep 21, 20261.0Did not open on time!!! Waited forever the hours must be wrong
- JBJason BurtonJul 30, 20261.0I had to deal with a very rude black lady who filled out my own satisfactory survey
- MBmacey blackwelderJun 15, 20261.0The older lady with long white hair is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She needs to find a new line of work because she’s clearly miserable. She reached her hand over and filled out her survey on my screen and didn’t even give me a chance to do it myself. because SHE KNEW I was about to say I had a horrible experience and I was only in there for 5 minutes!!!
- AAAnnaMay 28, 20261.0There’s a reason this post office has such terrible reviews. Awful, customer service. The male working thursday mornings (5/28) is just terrible. Rude, unhelpful. Acts as though he’s doing you a favor by taking your payment. I wish i got his name.
