The main lobby space is bright, spacious, and keeps the shipping supply counters neatly arranged for customers. The service lines move very efficiently, and the postal counter workers are consistently professional, straightforward, and polite. It provides a great, stress-free neighborhood experience.

I went in there today and they said you have to tape the label on. I asked with what obviously not having any tape on me. The rude guy pointed behind me and said I could buy their tape. Seriously??? The Hickory, Newton, AND Lincolnton all help you any way they can. Never again will I go in that place. Rude and inconsiderate.
