- SSSabrina SchropeJun 17, 20265.0This is probably the nicest USPS in the concord and kannapolis area. It smells like fresh coffee, is always cold in the summer, and has an indoor package drop off bin next to a self-service machine. It can get pretty busy but the line is always moving. If you have a large already paid package to drop off there is a counter for you to leave it. The set up of the building is easy to navigate and efficient. Plus the staff is friendly and welcoming. You never feel like an annoyance.
- EREmil RuizMay 24, 20261.0Just received my child's honor society certificate for graduation in the mail and the envelope that it came in clearly states "DO NOT BEND" and yet again the laziness of the person who delivers our mail bent it to the point it was folded and ruined. Was literally the only thing that was delivered in the mail today so no excuse. This isn't the first time it has happened. I get its not an awesome fulfilling job but take some pride in the work you do and have an ounce of common sense.
