- TATiffany A.May 12, 20261.0Do not bother coming here, would not even scan the QR code and follow the directions that were given to me for the happy return from Sheen that specifically says do not have the package taped as he is going to have to scan each item separately. He would not listen to me, would not scan the QR code to find out, and made me leave. Even though he did all of this with a smile, and refuse to let me use tape, it was extremely unhelpful and took 30 minutes of time out of my day. Do not go here and waste your time, I don’t even trust that you would do the right thing at this point anyway, I’m going back downtown where the service is friendly and they know what they are doing. I do understand that it is a new thing that she is doing by using the USPS versus UPS and he may not have encountered this type of return however I have complete faith that if he had simply scanned the QR code as I asked him to do five times that the instructions would have popped up on the screen and he would have easily been able to follow them.
