Envié un pago al IRS el 23 de Marzo y tres meses después recibí el cobro del IRS de mi deuda más intereses por no pagar a tiempo porque mi pago nunca llegó a su destino y cuando fui a reclamar a esta oficina me dijeron que reportara como perdido el sobre con mi pago lo hice y hasta la fecha no tengo respuesta de donde esta el paquete y es más ahí mismo compré los money order que envié y para que me los reemplazaran tuve que pagar una cantidad por cada uno pero si fue culpa de ellos mismos que se perdieron por lo menos no me hubieran cobrado por reemplazarlos .

People come to the post office expecting good customer service and that includes prompt service but you will not get that here
