Always has the printer ink I need store clean and organized prices jumped some tho but thats everywhere

Sadly, it depends on the attendant. Even though they supposedly offer "full-service" printing, depending on the store attendant working, there is no full-service. I was able to get full service there a while back where the attendant scaled the document I wanted. Today, a young lady who said she is the manager said they do not offer that service. Very disappointing. But there are other business willing to provide similar services.

I placed an online order to be shipped to this store. I received the email that my order is ready to be picked up. I called the store to ask how long I had to pick up my items they said 2 weeks. I get an email 3 days past the date that it was ready for pick up stating that my order was canceled. I thought that was weird because they only cancelled 2 of my items out of 3. Very inconvenient!

The person who assisted me with TSA PreCheck was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m not usually the kind of person who leaves negative reviews, but I had a very unpleasant experience today. During the fingerprinting process, I had difficulty understanding her instructions. English is not my first language, and instead of speaking more slowly or trying to help me understand what she was asking me to do, she responded in a way that made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I understand that employees may be busy, but treating customers with patience and respect is important, especially when there is a language barrier. I hope management sees this review and takes steps to improve how staff communicate with and treat customers.

Worst customer service. Do not take your Amazon returns packages here. They treat you like you’re a problem and you don’t matter because you are not buying anything from them at that time. Now I will never buy from them even if I was given a free gift card. Kohl’s is a better place to do your returns. You even get a coupon to shop in their store after your transaction. Then I shop and enjoy their customer service. Staples, you need to do better or cancel your contract with Amazon.
