  I am filing another complaint with this station manager and will also be escalating this matter to FedEx corporate in writing via certified mail. I receive a temperature-sensitive medication every month with a $200 copay. The last THREE deliveries have had problems, and the last two have involved serious misdeliveries by the same driver, Miles. LAST MONTH: My medication was delivered approximately 5–6 miles away in an entirely different community. The delivery photo clearly showed a door that was not anywhere in my community. I happened to see the driver and was able to catch up with him. I showed him the delivery photo and the information identifying the delivery, yet he initially told me it wasn't him. Instead of immediately taking responsibility for locating medication he had misdelivered, he was argumentative and acted as though I was inconveniencing him by asking him to correct the mistake. A supervisor ultimately had to become involved so the package could be retrieved. TODAY: The SAME driver misdelivered my medication again. This time, the package was somewhere within my community, but on another street and at an unknown building. My address is 16005. The package was left THREE STREETS AWAY at a building numbered 15330. I spent approximately an hour walking around my community while on the phone with FedEx Customer Service trying to locate my medication. Eventually, Customer Service was able to see from the GPS delivery information that the package had been left on a different street. They provided that information to me, and I had to locate the package myself. What is especially disturbing is that Customer Service had already contacted the station about the misdelivery. I was told the station manager had been contacted and asked to have the driver locate my package. I was ultimately told the driver likely would not return because his shift was ending. So FedEx had GPS information showing that my temperature-sensitive medication had been delivered to the WRONG LOCATION, yet I was still left to walk around looking for it myself. And after all of that, no one from this station even bothered to call me to confirm that I had successfully located my medication. This is not a misplaced pair of shoes or a household item. THIS IS MEDICATION THAT MUST REMAIN COLD. Mistakes happen. But when the same driver repeatedly misdelivers medication, there are documented complaints, and the station still fails to take meaningful corrective action, it becomes a much larger issue. I was previously told that I could go to this station and file a complaint directly with the station manager. I intend to do that. However, considering the previous complaint apparently did not prevent this from happening again, I will also be escalating this above the station level and sending my documentation to FedEx corporate via certified mail. For FedEx management, here are the complaint numbers associated with these incidents: C259213906 C259214580 Please review the GPS delivery records, delivery photographs, customer-service notes, and station communications associated with these complaints. Customers should not have to repeatedly hunt through neighborhoods and apartment communities trying to locate expensive, temperature-sensitive medication that FedEx has documented as being delivered to the wrong address. This is unacceptable.

  Driver was afraid of small dog at the bottom of driveway (50ft away)and wouldn't get out if truck. Not even to drop it off on a workbench that was right in front of him. Made me walk up top of the driveway and get the package out of his hand. Why be a delivery driver if you're afraid of animals? It's ridiculous

  Went to pick up some baby pet snakes this morning. When I receive my animals I open the box to verify they are still alive. We today another customer wanted to see one so I pulled this baby out the bag. Across the room this lady named Georgia, white lady glasses with curly hair yes at me, saying u need to leave with that in a rude tone. I explained to her I always open them up in here to verify life. She then responds well u need to leave go to your car and open this! Here i am a grown man a a fedex employee yelling and giving me attitude in front of other customers. I was some what embarrassed and mad. She doesn't need to be working there. Bad customer service from this person. I will go to cooperate with this and anywhere else I can report this kind of behavior.
