They sent me to this location with a shipping label and said that was all I needed. When I arrived here I was told I have to buy a box because they don't ship things without the box. Cool, so I show the refund situation (attached) and let the associate see everything pertaining to the purchase/return. Was still refused the advertised service. Money is tight, and this is unacceptable to lie about your services when you're a major corporation. Will gladly refuse your services in the future.

If it doesn't get here today I'm calling the police. I paid for a product, FedEx agreed to deliver it and now they're holding onto it. Not buying anything from sellers who use FedEx anymore.
