As soon as I entered store, the service reps warmly welcomed me. They walked me step by step thru the service I needed and made sure my documents were delivered successfully. I had an issue at another FedEx store today (which almost led me to try your competitor in order to get my work completed in a timely manner), but Torrie changed things around! He knew exactly what I needed and had my project print and cut as soon as I arrived. Well done in hiring him, FedEx! I will return to this location because I can rely on this employee.
