Customer service rep Brandy was immediately dismissive stating there was nothing they could do and i would need to contact FedEx and file a claim. She immediately went back to her screen without offering any further assistance. Fortunately her coworker step in and gave me a card with the number and explained what i needed to do with some empathy. Brandy, i know its not your department but you are a Fedex representative that lost my $200 package. 5 stars to the gentleman that helped, 1 star to Brandy for a less than acceptable customer service attitude.
- PTPaige TurnerApr 16, 20262.0I used to love them. It would only go here to get things printed out because they were cheaper than everyone else. I've been using them for years to print out paycheck stubs when I need them. Their system won't allow me to print out my paycheck stubs on the self-serve thing so I've always had to have them printed at the counter. They have now decided that I need to pay three times as much for these copies because they have a charge if it's not self-serve. It's not my fault that their system locks up my checks and I can't have them printed out. So I will definitely not be going here again. Do not recommend unless you want to pay extra if you run into this problem.
