- BTBilly ThompsonAug 9, 20261.0This post office has started to mark things as delivered when they are not. If they hold something at the post office for you, they mark it as delivered. If they can't deliver it to your house and leave a note, they mark it as delivered. This makes a absolutely zero since and is going to cause a lot of confusion and headache if packages are not getting where they should be but are showing delivered. Im not sure who in charge thought this was a smart idea but the entire point of delivery statuses is to see where your package is.

The only staff member at the counter argued with me over shipping a very small envelope and wanted to charge a priority shipping package price ($8). When I asked for a first class rate for the less than 2 oz envelope, she printed the label and asked for payment ($2). After paying, she informed me that the recipient would have to pay shipping overages because the envelope was fluffy. I wish she would have told me about all the options available, instead of selling me something that would become an issue later. I expected better. I'm happy to ship things somewhere else.
