- AIAugusta Mendenhall, IBCLC.May 11, 20261.0A'Shuana is very unprofessional. I came to her and asked if she could track my priority package I sent, but had lost the tracking slip. It was suppose to arrive within 2 to 3 days and has not arrived. She got very snide with me when I told her the delivering address twice...rude...my bad. Then she asked me to step aside so she could check out the people who showed up behind me...so I said to her "your going to make me wait?" Then she threw an attitude again. I just walked away and left...with my issue unresolved. I felt she was just unprofessional all the way around and management should know about this.

Everything I needed was available- pens, packing tape, markers, etc. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and it wasn't crowded at all. On a previous trip to the post office, I went to the Guilford branch on Market St and it looked like a bomb went off in there. I was able to snag the last priority flat envelope, there were no pens in the entire post office (myself and a few others had to go back our to our vehicles for them) and the staff was meh. I don't often need to go into the post office, but when I do, I'll travel the extra miles and go to this one.
