- TCTaylor ColeyJun 24, 20261.0As others have said, the lady they have working at the counter should be fired immediately. I’ve met rattlesnakes with a nicer disposition. Rude as hell straight through the door. Middle-aged black lady, short hair, didn’t catch her name. I went in for a change of address confirmation the post office wanted me to present my ID as proof of the change. The email from the United States Postal Service clearly states that I need to present my old ID. She said that didn’t matter and for me to just hand her my new ID I said, are you sure because the Email states the old one as I was handing her my new ID, she scanned it and said yeah whatever go ahead and hand me the old one. I said I wasn’t trying to be a pain. That’s just what it said and she reopened by sliding my new ID back across the counter towards me and not speaking. Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting behavior from someone trying to present themselves as any form of customer service. It was right after their lunch break too. I went at 12:30. So this is your attitude right after coming back off break??? please quit your job and find something else. Nobody wants to deal with this.

It was suppose to arrive within 2 to 3 days and has not arrived. She got very snide with me when I told her the delivering address twice...rude...my bad. Then she asked me to step aside so she could check out the people who showed up behind me...so I said to her "your going to make me wait?" Then she threw an attitude again. I just walked away and left...with my issue unresolved. I felt she was just unprofessional all the way around and management should know about this.
