  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a package through Amazon and they used usps to ship it, I’ve never had issues with deliveries being left on my porch but for some reason the driver was unable to leave my package at my doorstep and took it to the Clyde office to be available for pickup. It has never been an issue in the past for packages to be left at my door.I don’t really have time to go pick up packages so I requested redelivery and have the confirmation emails showing that the redelivery request went through. Due to the incompetence of someone at the Clyde office my package was never redelivered and sat there for three weeks and they shipped it back to the sender. Entire experience has been ridiculous and is entirely the fault of someone at the Clyde office being incompetent.

  Absolutely the MOST horrible Post Office! The carrier says he delivers things that he can NOT even fit into an apartment size mailbox. I called over and over until Mike answered who promised to call back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later he still did not call back and I had to call over and over and he answered and said Dustin will be here at 12 (which was 15 minutes later) and I will call you back because I will not be here by myself. It is 1:26 and I've literally called the post office 43 times and they refuse to answer the phone. At this point, I feel like it's theft from the carrier and I am sick of being lied to!!! They are a bunch of lying thieves!!!!!!

  Terrible post office! Stay away at all costs! I have a PO Box there and over the last year I have had several packages that were delivered there but they claim they "didn't have them". Once or twice maybe would be believable, but several? Someone working there is stealing the packages and the other staff are either oblivious or covering it up. How can this place still operate with such blatant fraud? The most recent package I had sent there was handed off to an employee named Henry via UPS. They pretend they never heard of Henry and never received the package even though there is a picture of the package on their counter. I hope everyone there gets fired! This post office never used to be this way until recently.

  The Clyde NC post office delivery service is horrible! they won't even bring in packages to our business. Yesterday they left checks and packages in the middle of the grass!!! I called the office to discuss this and they never answer the phone. For a small community they should be more thoughtful of there care of mail.

  Still have problems with mail not being delivered on-time and being put in rong box. To Lazy to get out of the vehicle.
