- RSRoland SJan 31, 20251.0Terrible post office! Stay away at all costs! I have a PO Box there and over the last year I have had several packages that were delivered there but they claim they "didn't have them". Once or twice maybe would be believable, but several? Someone working there is stealing the packages and the other staff are either oblivious or covering it up. How can this place still operate with such blatant fraud? The most recent package I had sent there was handed off to an employee named Henry via UPS. They pretend they never heard of Henry and never received the package even though there is a picture of the package on their counter. I hope everyone there gets fired! This post office never used to be this way until recently.
- KBKelsi BryantJan 5, 20251.0Every time Amazon says “package transferred to local carrier” I want to scream. Says “delivery attempt today at 6:06 pm” . Bull. I’ve been home and waiting for this package as it’s something I needed YESTERDAY (when it was originally supposed to be delivered) no attempt was made. & they want me to pick up. Which would be fine if they didn’t open after I’m already at work or close before I even get off. And I work in AVL so it’s not like I can slide over on my lunch break. Needs new management badly. Update Edit- Packages were crammed into my mailbox today and my tea (that’s not cheap) was busted everywhere from the force they had to use to make it fit. Great job guys.

- JMJolene MarlowNov 29, 20221.0I have been arguing with this post office for almost 4 years now. The carriers are the laziest I have ever encountered. They won't drive up driveways to leave packages at the homes to reduce the risk of theft. They leave them right by the main road in plain sight. We are going to use a different service for shipping instead of providing that revenue to the postal service. I'm going to change as much mail to online statements as possible to reduce the mail needing to be delivered. We also are now having packages shipped to my husband's company and he can bring them home. The less people use this location to stand up to them, the more their jobs will be affected and they may just change their attitudes if they start looking at layoffs for loss of business
