  Every single time I come in this store the people working here are so friendly, so helpful and they appear to work as a great team. You never wait in line more than a minute, before someone from the back comes up and opens another line! They seem genuinely happy to assist you. And they are very patient with senior customers who may not understand technology very well… but they take the time to help them open the apps on their phones, and walked them through the whole process.

  I shipped a package valued at $800 from The UPS Store in Clayton, NC, which was returned to the store due to an incomplete delivery address. The tracking number clearly shows it arrived at the store, and staff initially confirmed it was received. Despite multiple visits, leaving my contact information, and sending repeated emails, the package was never located. I received no follow-up or meaningful assistance. Efforts to resolve the matter with store management have been unsuccessful, and I have had to escalate the situation to the Better Business Bureau and corporate headquarters. While I appreciate any input from staff, this experience has been extremely frustrating, and the handling of my shipment reflects significant carelessness. I cannot recommend this location for reliable shipping services.

  Honestly my new favorite location! I was looking for something closer to the house as I am always sending and receiving packages for my small business! This location is absolutely perfect, and the staff is amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable, they always greet me with a smile and kind friendly banter! I would highly recommend them time and time again for anyone with shipping or packaging needs!

  I came in to get some documents printed and wasn’t really sure about the setup, but the staff made it super easy. They walked me through everything, helped me get the file right, and the prints came out great quality. What I liked most was they didn’t rush me and actually made sure everything looked good before printing. The whole process was quick and stress-free. Definitely my go-to place for printing now.

  I had a really good experience at UPS store 4727. I went in for notary and printing, and everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and they made the notary process feel simple instead of stressful. The printing also turned out great—good quality and done pretty fast. Overall, it was just an easy, smooth visit. I’d definitely go back if I need notary or print services again.
