  Joe Costanzo, I would like your contact information to speak to you about an incident that just occurred at your location in Flowers, Clayton, NC. I had a situation where my package was not delivered in time and went into your store to discuss it. I was met with incredulence and was called ignorant several times by your employee while refusing to help me resolve my issue. He created a scene in front of your customers, which in turn got me heated. I'm sure this is not your SOP when dealing with customers. I help run an organization with over 300 employees and if one of my employees treated a customer the way I was just treated by both members of your team that day it would be grounds for termination. If want to be treated with dignity and respect, not just because you are a paying customer, I would recommend finding a different UPS Store.

  Rudeness and miscommunication I came in to renew my mailbox $140.02 every 6 months since 10/13/2025. On 10/7/2026 I was told I had to pay $220 for a small business mailbox. I asked why is it that price because I never paid that much. I asked to speak to a manager. A Spanish lady was rude about it. I told her I had the proof of my email. She acted like I made it up and was not interested in my email. She finally took my phone and asked if she could take a picture I said ok. I didn't renew that day. I use that mailbox for my business. I paid on Monday the $220.02 because it was going to expire on Tuesday 10/13/2026 and I am expecting a package. On the brochure when I got home said that size mailbox is $190. 3 different pricing.

  Go to Clayton Corners instead!! This location customer service is extremely disappointing. Seeing other reviews here mentioning the exact same employee with 10 likes, it is clear this is a pattern. Management needs to take action. The representative—an older woman with glasses—was rude and impatient, aggressively tapping on the scale while struggling to process a standard Canadian zip code and province. She also mentioned I had to buy an envelope just to track my package, despite standard envelopes being free. After dealing with so much friction, I lost my patience, told her I was going somewhere else, and walked out. I went to the Clayton Corners UPS Store instead, where the staff was kind, handled the address with zero issues, and provided the standard free envelope without hesitation. Save yourself the headache and go to Clayton Corners.

  First I walk in the employee is shoving her face full of lunch she tells me to use the machine I say I’d rather not she puts he finger up continues to eat at this point I would of been fine but the owner walks in and sees me and 2 other customers in line and starts talking to the employee still eating about her personal life and what she did last night this is the most unprofessional and worst UPS store I’ve ever been to I said I’m parked on the street she then proceeded to act like she was the police and tell me how to park to appease her when her job is so simple a child could do it scan package let me leave return package 📦 now I’ve called cooperate cause she dared me to and I’m holding my receipt cause I wouldn’t be surprised if she throws Amazon’s return in the garbage which won’t hurt me but she seemed very spiteful I WOULD NOT GO HERE
