I had to have a tool to finish a job for a customer and they were to lazy to leave it at my door step and ended up putting me 3 days behind and cost me over 100 dollars because of it and when I called to try and get it resolved the lady told me she would call me right back and never did. That place is sorry as hell from now on I’m sticking with Fedex or UPS.
- WFWendy FinneganJul 1, 20171.0First and for most my mail is never delivered in a timely manner and for the 5th or 6th time a mail carrier has not drove by or stopped at all, which has caused my monthly income to come in late. This has caused my monthly bills to be late, which in turn has caused me late fees and overdrafts. Evidently this mail carrier does not seem to take their job seriously. To me a mail carrier is an important career to have. Many citizens depend on the US Postal Service for many important aspects of their lives and to be continuously disappointed is unacceptable.
