- TSTina SigmonJun 16, 20261.0It isn’t just this post office I believe it’s Hickory, Alexander county bad management I hardly receive my mail and when I explained I wasn’t moving the manager placed a change of address card on my name anyway delaying my mail it’s against the law to withhold anyone’s mail from anybody
