- RER EAug 13, 20261.0There's a white lady here with an afro that HATES when I bring my sports cards. When I tell other post office employees that she asks what's in my envelope, tells me how long she's been doing this, and bend the envelope knowing there's a card inside even though it matches the dimensions and weight needed, they can not believe this is how she acts. Totally degrading like I am a child because I ship off cards, I left there embarrassed yesterday. Went to another location, they looked at me like I was nuts when I told her what she says to me. Literally have to drive to the Wendover location to ship things off. Because the envelope matches the requirements of a first class letter; no one... I mean NO ONE else in Charlotte give me problems in any location. Not even the other employees there when she's not there cause they also don't understand what her problem is. I know I could just use the mailbox and drop it off; but i had to confirm her behavior before I wrote this review. I'm also scared she will retaliate and damage my envelopes so I just go somewhere else. I'll be contacting her leadership, her colleague looked confused as well.

These were so important to us and she explained the process, helped with hand-cancelling, and gave us such piece of mind. Our stationer recommended this post office and I can see why. I also watched her interact with other customers and she treated everyone so respectfully and made what was important to us, important to her. She was exemplary! Thank you so very much!
