- AWallayna weberSep 21, 20265.0Every single staff member I have encountered here is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! It’s genuinely a pleasure to go to this location. I have been nervous about shipping artwork and they always make sure to EXTRA mark my package “fragile.” Just today, the lady at the counter gave me a quick rundown on how non-machinable letters work, how to best pay for them, and the process of making sure they don’t end up going through the machine. Each staff member seems to care about the work they do and treats every customer with kindness. I don’t often leave reviews, but seriously… this is the best post office in the area 🫶🏻🫶🏻

- DDDena DeBoniAug 31, 20261.0The staff here are SO nice! Truly, no matter what they are pleasant and helpful. The employees get 5 stars. However, the rest of the experience is so frustrating. Parking is impossible. The 15 min street parking was eliminated last year, and the spots in the lot are extremely tight. There are regularly no spots available and cars are always parking over the lines because they literally can’t fit. The past few months there is only one employee working. The line is huge and I have regularly had to leave because it takes over 15 minutes to wait through the line to get taken care of. There are also no options for automated printing of labels from QR codes so you have to wait for service from the employee instead of doing it yourself.
