The staff here is much friendlier and professional and the office itself is cleaner and more updated. I have an online business and am always anxious about how packages are handled at the post office because that's part of the customer's experience, so my mind is at ease now. Kelly is so wonderful here. *NOTE ON PARKING: you can park anywhere that says 1233 The Plaza. I haven't had an issue so far, but there is also street parking. It just looks confusing because it's used as an after hours parking lot for surrounding businesses, and that's when it becomes paid parking. If you're here during the day to use the post office though, you're good!
