  Always out of free shipping supplies. They always push the products they have for sale including tape. Companys partner with USPS for returns and do not say boxes or bags are needed just a QR code, yet they say you do when you get here, then conveniently never have free shipping supplies to use for your item. On top of very slow wait times, this locations is not my favorite but sadly is the closest.

  I’ve always used this postal office for my business needs and never had an issue until today. Usually there’s two woman working and they are the most caring and patient workers I’ve ever come across, they’re always helpful with any questions I may have and furthermore do it with a smile. On today, there was a worker that was so rude and had zero customer service. As I walked in an older gentleman had just fussed at him for not acknowledging him at the window with the door bell. He just threw up his hands and him which was very unprofessional instead of just motioning him to come inside because he was the only one working. But as the gentleman started to fuss even more SURPRISINGLY another man comes from behind and helped. Later after some time had gone by I return with my package to ship and was greeted by another man that was more helpful and apologized about my earlier experience with this the worker previously. Learned later on his name is BRIAN. Well, needless to say my issue with shipping my package was handled, I wasn’t rudely told that it couldn’t be shipped or any other bogus rules made up to excuse why my package couldn’t be shipped. There was no liquids or hazardous materials of no sort. He was just plain out unnecessarily difficult and rude while making up some bogus rule that isn’t even remotely true to requirements of shipping a package. Thank you the kind man that helped me and made it much more easier to ship my package.

  Worst postal service in the south of Charlotte. The delivery driver outright refuses to get out of his truck to deliver packages and will make excuses such as vehicles blocking the mailbox. We have cameras, we know the box wasn't blocked. Oversized packages are always damaged or purposely shoved into the box. The office claims they aren't paid to get out of the truck, and that if they can fit it, which means to damaged it, they will. This is grounds for a lawsuit. If anyone else has issues please share.
