  The USPS lost an important package that I sent Certified Mail. Unfortunately, I thought it would be a simple delivery of answer sheets for a ServSafe assessment for my client. Now all of the students have to take the test all over again. I will never ship another important package with the USPS.

  Extremely disappointing experience with this post office involving Certified Mail with Restricted Delivery containing court-ordered payment documents. The item was scanned “Out for Delivery” on September 19, 2026, and then the tracking stopped updating. For days, I received vague explanations that the carrier was “out” or that staff would “do their best” to locate it. At one point, the service request was treated as resolved by Kossivi Agbetogon even though the mailing had not been delivered, refused, or definitively located. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency, accountability, and clear communication from this post office has been unacceptable. If you are sending important legal or financial documents through this location, document everything and keep every tracking update.

  Visited this steele creek location on 9/24/26 around noon and the Black female with a head full of weave working the window was on her literal phone the entire time speaking to the person on the phone while waiting on customers. Very unprofessional, rushing everyone and should be fired for being so unprofessional and a horrible representation of USPS. No company should tolerate this and I expect better!

  The mailman driving car #330592 was extremely rude for no given reason while I was trying to check my mail. I always preach; if you’re that unhappy at a job, go find a new one. It’s not rocket science folks.

  Today, 9/3/26 A package was supposed to be delivered, but instead of delivering it, the mail driver stated that it was undeliverable with no access to location because he was too lazy to attempt to deliver it to the mailbox or to walk it to the front porch, and deliver it. You can see that the driveway is clearly not obstructed, and he didn’t even stop at my mailbox to attempt to place mail or the package. Lies and laziness. That’s what has become of the USPS… and when you call, you’re not able to get anyone to answer the phone to speak to the postmaster to discuss my grievances. Updated it was delivered a day later with the words “trash” written on the label.
