- ITIsa Torres1 day ago1.0Terrible! My mom tried to pick up a package we set up to be picked up because it couldn’t be delivered due to signature. My mom went and the lady kept asking for a pink slip, there was no pink slip at the door, we found out about the delivery issue because we checked online. When we scheduled pick up online it said to take an ID but the usps employee didn’t even ask for an ID, my mom showed her the confirmation email that the package was set for pick up at the USPS location, the lady kept insisting for a pink slip. The email only said take an ID. They didn’t leave a pink slip or it blew away. It ridiculous!!! Such bad attitude. What is wrong with yall?! If you hate your job so much, just quit!! People drive down taking time of their day to deal with employees that hate their job so much they don’t want to do the basic.
