- RCRebekah Correll5 days ago1.0I rarely write a negative review but something needs to change. This is my local post office and 10% of the time the people who are there are great, but the majority of the time there are so many problems and absolutely horrible customer service. I understand that it gets a lot of traffic and there is a long wait, but being outright rude to paying customers is not acceptable. The last woman who was there literally only could talk about how she should not have come in today and she was so upset to be working... I'm sorry it's not my problem that you have a paying job that you get to work.... The last 2 times I was there I was not even able to send my package because the printer was broken and then no one was there in the middle of their open hours. I am pleading with management, please do something about this!

- AFAlexandra FloresSep 23, 20262.0Why are USPS employees so cranky? Cashier had zero warmth, compassion, or customer service skills. It’s 9AM on a Wednesday with nothing but a full day of possibility ahead of us. We could be living in war-torn land with no hope or freedom. Perk up, buttercup. *insert eye roll*
- JSJeff SmithSep 21, 20261.0How does the USPS not have a mailbox or ability to drop off mail after hours? I came here to mail two letters and there is not a mail slot or mailbox to put them in This is our government working for them, not us
- BCBrett CohenSep 15, 20261.0This place is PAINFUL! 22 minutes on line to mail a single package with a snicker from the clerk at the end. AVOID AT ALL COSTS or BRING A BOOK TO READ. No wonder why the US Postal Service loses money every year.
