  Very disappointed with my experience at this post office. Today (Saturday 8/1/2026), the posted closing time is 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:24 PM specifically to use the self-service kiosk. As I walked up to the door, an employee locked it in front of me. I knocked on the door because it wasn’t 2:30 yet. The employee told me they were closed. I responded that it wasn’t 2:30 yet, and she simply repeated that they were closed. While this was happening, five other customers also attempted to enter and were turned away. The employee stated they had to be able to walk out at exactly 2:30 PM. If the posted closing time is 2:30 PM, customers should be allowed to enter until 2:30 PM. Locking the doors several minutes early is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who arrive during posted business hours. Either honor the advertised hours or update them to reflect when you actually stop allowing customers inside.

  We arrived before the posted closing time at 2:25pm on Saturday Aug 1st 2026 with a prepaid package and asked if it could simply be accepted. We were told no and that they were closed. A minute later, we observed another customer arrive with what appeared to be a prepaid package, and the employee accepted it. We'd just like to understand why we were refused while another customer was accommodated.

  the website says it’s open until 230 and i drove all the way there and it says closed at 1 pm

  Must’ve timed it right with not too much of a line and friendly staff
